Dr. Claudia Schramm joined JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte in July 2012. Previously she worked as a lawyer for Gleiss Lutz, a major German law firm, in Berlin and Frankfurt for about three years, advising on employment law.

BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Claudia Schramm studied law and European law at Wuerzburg University. After finishing her studies she also acquired a Master in European Law (LL.M. Eur.) there. She received a doctorate from Bucerius Law School in 2021 in the area of compliance.
Dr. Claudia Schramm joined JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte in July 2012. Before that, for around three years, she worked as a lawyer at Gleiss Lutz in Berlin und Frankfurt am Main providing labor law advice.
She speaks German and English.
