In February 2019 Christian Mathias joined JUSTEM as a business lawyer. He advises in the field of individual and collective employment law with a special focus on corporate transactions, restructuring and works constitution law.
Before joining JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte he acted in this function in a renowned major law firm for several years.
BIOGRAPHY
Christian Mathias studied business law at the University of Kassel. After graduating (LL.B. Univ.), he also obtained a Master’s degree (LL.M.) from University College Cork (Ireland).
Christian Mathias joined JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte in February 2019 as a business lawyer. From 2012 to 2019 he was employed as a business lawyer in the area of employment law at Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt am Main.
Prior to this, he had worked in the same function for several years for a major German law firm specialised in insolvency administration.
In 2012 he successfully completed the specialist course in labor law for qualified lawyers.
Christian Mathias speaks German and English.
