Christina Kassabalis joined JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte in January 2024. As a specialist lawyer for employment law, she advises clients on all questions of individual and collective employment law. Before joining JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte, she had already worked for several years in law firms specializing in employment law.
KEY PRACTICE AREAS
The main focus of her activities lies in the following areas:
- Legal representation of employers in and out of court in disputes with employees and works councils
- Providing advice in conflict/separation scenarios with employees, senior executives and members of executive bodies
- Drafting of employment agreements and contracts with employees and members of executive bodies
- Advice and representation in matters in connection with works constitution law
- Drafting of written works agreements and other collective bargaining agreements and conducting negotiations with employee representatives
BIOGRAPHY
Christina Kassabalis studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Following her legal clerkship, she began working as a lawyer in March 2018, focusing on employment law. Before joining JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte, she had already worked for several years in law firms specializing in employment law.
Since June 2021 Christina Kassabalis is a specialized lawyer for labor law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht).
Christina Kassabalis speaks German and English.
