Dr. Matthias Broll has been supporting JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte since September 2020 as Counsel.
Dr. Matthias Broll studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. After completing his studies, he was a member of the academic community at Goethe University for over 10 years and held various functions at the faculties for employment and civil law, first under Prof. Dres. H.c. Manfred Weiss and then under Prof. Bernd Waas. During his time there, he took on various duties, both as a lecturer and as a researcher on topics covering the entire breadth of individual and collective employment law.
In 2017 he received his doctorate in law from Goethe University with a thesis on the collective employment law topic of “The Potential of Institutional Employee Participation”.
The expertise of Dr. Broll includes all aspects of collective and individual employment law with a special focus on complex issues concerning the collective employment law topics of co-determination and collective bargaining law, including how they relate to restructuring processes.
