Dr. Sebastian Schulte joined the team of JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte in April 2020. He advises clients in the field of individual and collective employment law.

Before joining JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte he worked in a renowned major law firm for several years.

KEY PRACTICE AREAS

The main focus of his activity lies in the following areas:

  • Advising employers in matters of works constitution and collective bargaining law as well as in disputes with their works councils, including the negotiation as well as drafting of relevant agreements on topics such as IT systems, remuneration, working hours
  • Employment law advice on transactions and restructurings
  • Drafting of employment and service contracts of employees and members of executive bodies
  • Advice on the deployment of freelancers and pseudo self-employment
  • Legal representation of employers in and out of court in disputes with employees and works councils

BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Sebastian Schulte studied law at Goethe Universität in Frankfurt am Main. Following the completion of his studies, he received a doctorate from that university in 2015 in comparative labor law after having conducted research at Oxford. Subsequent to his legal internship, he began to work as an attorney in January 2018 in the employment law department of Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt am Main.
