Sarah Backhaus joined the team of JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte in November 2020. She advises clients on questions concerning individual and collective employment law.
KEY PRACTICE AREAS

- Drafting and modelling the employment contracts of employees and members of executive bodies
- Advise during severance scenarios
- Mobile work and other new forms of work

BIOGRAPHY
Sarah Backhaus studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Following the completion of her studies, she began her legal internship at the District Court of Gießen in 2018. During this time, she also gathered experience in a law firm specialized in employment law.
Sarah Backhaus speaks German and English.
